Betsy Lydle Smith of Virtues Training is an internationally known expert in The Virtues Project. She has taught hundreds of educators how to transform the learning environment to one of excellence, respect, peacefulness, and integrity.
Virtues Training empowers staff, students, and employees with five transformational strategies and 52 virtues. Using the award-winning Virtues Project, Betsy will help you resolve problems such as lack of integrity and respect, disunity, bullying, discipline and power struggles, while encouraging students to achieve their potential.
The Virtues Project was honored as a model program for families of all cultures by the United Nations. It is being used throughout the United States, Canada and in 90 countries around the world.

Our mission is to assist individuals, students, teachers, administrators, families, couples, and organizations to access, develop, and practice their virtues through training and facilitation, in the Northwest United States, nationally, and internationally.
