Peacefulness
A Virtues Moment: PEACEFULNESS
"Peacefulness is inner calm and tranquility. It is a sense of harmony with all creation We keep a graceful pace, not allowing ourselves to be rushed or overwhelmed Peace is giving up the love of power for the power of love. We resolve conflict in a just and gentle way Peace in the world begins with peace in our lives. I am thankful for the gift of Peacefulness. It allows me to be an instrument of grace."

Questions for reflection:
How can I move with a graceful pace today, not allowing myself to be rushed or overwhelmed?
What is one way I can give up power for love?
How can I resolve conflict in a just and gentle way?
How can I demonstrate peacefulness this week?

"Peacefulness is an inner sense of calm that can come in moments of silent gratitude or prayer. It is facing your fears and letting them go. It is trusting that things will be all right. Peace in the world begins with peace in your heart."
